At Bref, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
